Digital Services Act (DSA) & Transparency

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act or DSA), this page outlines official points of contact, notice and action mechanisms for illegal content, merchant traceability rules, and recommendation system transparency at Tredi.
1. Single Points of Contact (DSA Articles 11 & 12)
A. For Authorities & Official Bodies

2. Notice & Action Mechanism for Illegal Content (DSA Article 16)
Any individual or entity may notify Tredi of merchant-published offers, promotions, or content considered illegal or contrary to applicable law (e.g. trademark infringement, scams, misleading advertising, or unauthorized sales).
How to submit a notice pursuant to Art. 16 DSA?
Notices should be sent to legal@tredi.app and include:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons alleging the information or offer is illegal.
- Exact electronic location of the content (exact URL link or in-app offer/store ID).
- Name and email address of the notifier (except for serious offenses permitting anonymous reporting).
- A statement confirming the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Tredi will acknowledge receipt without undue delay and notify the decision taken in a transparent, substantiated manner.
3. Merchant Traceability (KYCB - DSA Article 30)
To publish offers and coupons on Tredi, merchants must undergo prior identity verification ("Know Your Business Customer"), including:
- Trade name and full legal entity name.
- Tax Identification Number (NIF/CIF / VAT).
- Physical address of the establishment and telephone contact.
- Verified bank account / IBAN via Stripe secure payment gateway.
If Tredi detects or receives notice of false or inaccurate merchant information, the account will be immediately suspended pending correction.
4. Recommendation Algorithms & Systems (DSA Article 27)

5. Ethical Design & Dark Patterns Ban (DSA Article 25)
Tredi ensures web and mobile interfaces are designed without "dark patterns" or deceptive structures that impair or distort user autonomy and informed decision-making when browsing or claiming promotions.
6. Annual Transparency Reports (DSA Article 15)
Pursuant to obligations under Article 15 DSA, Tredi periodically publishes annual transparency reports summarizing notices received, moderation actions taken, and dispute outcomes.
7. Average Monthly Active Recipients in the EU (DSA Article 24.2)
In compliance with Article 24.2 DSA, Perk Drop SL formally declares that the average monthly active recipients of Tredi in the European Union remains constantly well below the 45 million threshold required for designation as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP). This metric is reviewed and updated semi-annually.
