Last updated: October 01, 2026

At Tredi, we treat community safety and user privacy with paramount importance. This document details our mandatory standards for User-Generated Content (UGC), in-app reporting and moderation mechanisms, and the procedure to request permanent account deletion and data erasure.

BLOCK I: Community Standards and User-Generated Content (UGC)

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Toward Inappropriate Content

In compliance with Apple App Store (Guideline 1.2) and Google Play Store policies, Tredi enforces a strict zero-tolerance approach toward objectionable, abusive, or malicious content and reviews.

Submitting reviews, comments, or images containing the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, defamation, insults, or threats directed at individuals or merchants.
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.
  • Sexually explicit content, pornography, or graphic violence.
  • Spam, unauthorized advertisements, or links to viruses and malicious software.
  • Fake reviews or fraudulent submissions designed to unfairly harm a competitor.

2. 100% Verified Reviews Guarantee (EU Omnibus Directive 2019/2161)

In strict accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/2161 and consumer protection laws, Tredi guarantees that all displayed ratings and reviews originate solely from genuine consumers:

Cryptographic Verification Mechanism: The application only unlocks the review submission feature for customers who have completed a verified in-store redemption (redeemed status) via official branch QR scan or cashier 4-digit PIN. Anonymous reviews or submissions by third parties who did not physically redeem an offer are technically prevented.

3. Reporting, Blocking, and Internal Appeal System (DSA Art. 20)

The Tredi mobile app incorporates native tools for user safety and fair redress:

Moderation Tools and Safeguards:

  • Report Content Button:Accessible on every comment and offer review. Enables immediate notification to the moderation team.
  • User Blocking:Allows blocking any user, immediately preventing them from viewing your posts or interacting with your reviews.
  • 24-Hour Report Resolution:Tredi's trust and safety team reviews and resolves flagged reports within a maximum of 24 business hours.
  • Right to Appeal (Art. 20 DSA):If your review or content is taken down or suspended, you will receive a reasoned notice and retain the right to appeal within six (6) months by emailing legal@tredi.app for human review.
