2. Purpose & Scope of Application

This Legal Notice governs access, browsing, and use of the Tredi mobile application (iOS & Android) and web platform (hereinafter, the "Platform"). The Platform operates as an interactive digital marketplace and geolocated map connecting consumer diners with local retail merchants for discovering, viewing, and redeeming promotional discounts and offers.

Accessing the Platform confers the status of User and entails full, unreserved acceptance of every provision set forth in this Legal Notice.

3. Intellectual & Industrial Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over graphic design, source code, algorithms, user interface, databases, registered trademarks, trade names, logos, icons, texts, illustrations, and software comprising the Platform belong exclusively to Perk Drop SL or its licensors.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, data extraction via automated bots/scraping, or any other form of exploitation of the Platform without prior written consent from Perk Drop SL is strictly prohibited.

4. User Obligations & Permitted Use

The User undertakes to make diligent and lawful use of the Platform. Specifically, the following actions are prohibited:

  • Using the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith and public order.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access application source code.
  • Tampering with GPS location or falsifying presence in stores for unauthorized voucher redemption.
  • Introducing viruses, trojans, or malicious scripts capable of damaging Tredi or third-party infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Liability for Merchant Offers & Products:

Tredi acts strictly as a neutral intermediary platform. Products, services, discounts, and promotions displayed are published directly by independent affiliated merchants.

Tredi assumes no direct or indirect liability for stock availability, quality, warranty, safety, or accuracy of goods and dining services provided by merchants at their physical premises.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates third-party services including maps and geolocation (Google Maps Platform), encrypted payment gateways (Stripe), and cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Firebase). Use of these services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of each external provider.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations. For resolving any dispute arising from Platform use, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer user's domicile, or subsidiarily to the Courts of the city of Barcelona.

8. Contractual Languages

Terms of service, legal notices, and platform policies are executed in Spanish, Catalan, and English. In the event of linguistic discrepancies, the Spanish language version shall prevail.
