At Tredi, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, honest, and deceptive-free digital marketplace. This Policy establishes the mandatory standards of veracity, quality, and legality for all offers, discount vouchers, promotions, and sponsored slots displayed across our mobile application and web portal.

1. Identification and Transparency of Sponsored Offers (Article 26 DSA)

In compliance with LSSI-CE, general advertising legislation, and Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA):

Clear Labeling and Targeting Transparency:

Any promotion stemming from paid merchant advertising will be unequivocally marked with labels such as "Sponsored", "Promoted", or "TOP".

Information Visible to the User: Users can view at all times the legal identity of the merchant funding the ad and the primary parameters determining its placement (geographic map proximity and dining category preferences).

Strict Prohibition on Profiling Minors (Art. 28.2 DSA): Tredi strictly prohibits profiling-based targeted advertising to users identified as minors under 18 years of age, as well as the use of special category personal data for ad targeting.

2. Truthful Discount Rules (EU Omnibus Directive)

Independent merchants publishing offers on Tredi must strictly abide by price transparency requirements:

  • Prior Reference Price:Any advertised percentage reduction or markdown must cite as its original baseline the lowest price applied by the establishment during at least the 30 calendar days preceding the promotion.
  • Actual Availability and Redemption Terms:The promotion must be fully honored on-site. Voucher limits per user, expiration dates, and valid time windows must be clearly disclosed.
  • Prohibition of Hidden Surcharges:The final price displayed on the voucher cannot be inflated by unannounced supplementary fees.

3. Prohibited Contents, Products, and Services

Publishing promotions or advertisements featuring the following is strictly prohibited:
