Digital Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 1, 2026 · Conforming to European Standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1

At Tredi, we are firmly committed to ensuring digital accessibility for our mobile apps (iOS & Android) and website to the widest possible audience, regardless of visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive abilities, or assistive technologies used.

1. Regulatory Framework & Standards Applied

This accessibility statement has been prepared pursuant to the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882 / Spanish Law 11/2023) and follows European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 guidelines, equivalent to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Level AA.

2. Compliance Status

Partially Compliant (WCAG 2.1 Level AA):

Our web and mobile applications are partially compliant with EN 301 549 due to exceptions and continuous improvements detailed below. We work continually to identify and eliminate detected barriers.

3. Accessibility Measures Implemented

A. Screen Reader Compatibility (VoiceOver / TalkBack)

Semantic HTML5 elements, ARIA roles on web, and accessibilityLabel and accessibilityHint properties in React Native to facilitate screen reading for visually impaired users.

B. Color Contrast & Font Sizing

Contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for standard text against backgrounds, dynamic system type scaling support, and clean sans-serif typography for high legibility.

C. Full Keyboard Navigation

On the web platform, all interactive flows (search, opening modals, tab switching) are fully controllable via keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.

D. Generous Mobile Touch Targets

Minimum touch target areas of 44x44 points on iOS and 48x48 dp on Android, adhering to Apple HIG and Google Material Design guidelines.

4. Non-Accessible Aspects & In-Progress Improvements

Despite our efforts, we recognize that certain components may present temporary accessibility barriers currently undergoing remediation:

  • Third-party interactive map components (Google Maps API) whose screen reader experience relies on vendor controls. An alternative text list of merchants is provided.
  • Images uploaded directly by independent merchants that temporarily lack optimal alt descriptions (subject to automated moderation).

5. Contact Channel for Reporting Barriers or Alternative Formats

6. Preparation & Complaint Procedure

This statement was prepared on July 28, 2026, and last updated on September 30, 2026. The method used to assess technical compliance consisted of an internal self-assessment supported by contrast testing tools, DOM accessibility trees, and functional testing with screen readers.

If after submitting an inquiry or request through our contact channel you have not received a response within the statutory deadline or deem the response unsatisfactory, you may lodge a formal complaint with competent digital accessibility authorities under applicable European and Spanish law.
