What is a Tred and how does it work?

A Tred is an exclusive digital pass giving you direct discounts and benefits at independent physical stores in your city. Reserve it for free in the app and enjoy it in-store.

Does reserving a Tred cost anything?

No. Reserving Treds is 100% free with no hidden fees. No payment card is required to reserve: you pay directly at the store register with your discount applied.

How do I redeem a Tred in-store?

It is seamless and takes seconds. Upon arrival, open your Tredi app, scan the store's physical counter QR code and your Tred is instantly verified.

How many active Treds can I hold at once?

It depends on your level: from 4 active Treds as an Explorer up to 7 with Tredi Pass. The 1 Store = 1 Active Tred rule applies to encourage trying different spots.

What is the hourly Drop and when does it open?

The Drop is our daily synchronized release of exclusive promotions. It unlocks in tiers: 15:00 Legend/Pass, 16:00 Host, 17:00 Insider, and 18:00 Explorer, closing at 21:00.

What if I cannot redeem my reserved Tred?

You can release your Tred from your wallet before it expires to regain your slot instantly, or gift it to a friend or family member with a single tap in the app.
